Everything You Need To Know

Frequently Asked Questions

Still curious? Reach out anytime — we love to talk shop.

Booking & Pricing

We recommend booking 3–6 months ahead, especially for weekends in spring and fall. Popular dates fill fast, but we'll always do our best to fit you in — ask about our rush option for short-notice events.
All of our packages are a flat event rate — no hourly minimums and no surprises. Each package covers a full standard service window, and you can add extra service hours if your celebration runs long.
A signed agreement and a deposit lock in your date. The remaining balance is typically due in the weeks leading up to your event. We'll walk you through everything after your inquiry.
Deposits are non-refundable, but we'll always try to reschedule when life happens. Full details are spelled out in your service agreement so there's never any guesswork.

Alcohol & Service

No — alcohol is never included in any package. Under Texas "host-provided" law, you purchase and supply the alcohol, and we provide the bar, bartenders, mixers, garnishes, ice and full service. This usually saves you money and keeps everything legal.
Once you book, we'll send you a custom shopping list based on your guest count and chosen drinks — typically planning for 3–4 drinks per guest. No overbuying, no running dry.
Yes! Add our alcohol pick-up service and we'll handle the run for you. You cover the cost of the alcohol; we handle the logistics.
Absolutely. Our bartenders are certified and trained, and we carry general liability insurance. We're happy to provide a certificate of insurance for your venue on request.
Of course. We do craft mocktails, kids' drinks, and self-service water stations. A dry or family-friendly event can be every bit as fun — just ask.

The Trailer & Setup

Our 24-ft rig needs a flat, accessible spot with room to tow in, drop, and turn around with a truck. Grass, gravel, or pavement all work — we'll confirm the details with you beforehand.
The trailer is fully self-contained. We bring our own power and everything we need to pour. If shore power is available, even better, but it's not required.
The trailer is designed for outdoor and covered-patio settings. For indoor venues, ask about our satellite bar setup — we can bring the experience inside.
The bar serves from a covered service window, so light weather is no problem. For serious storms we'll work with you on placement or a backup plan well ahead of time.
We typically arrive about an hour before your service start to set up and style the bar, and we handle full breakdown afterward — all included in your package.

Logistics & Travel

We proudly serve West Texas and surrounding areas. Local travel is included in our signature packages; longer distances are covered by a simple per-mile travel fee.
Local travel is included. Beyond our local radius, we add a transparent $2.50/mile travel fee so you always know exactly what you're paying for.
From intimate gatherings of under 55 up to large celebrations of 250+. We scale bartenders and bar setup to match your headcount.
Weddings, corporate parties, birthdays, ranch parties, festivals, brand activations — if there's a reason to celebrate, we'll bring the bar.

Customization

Yes — it's one of our favorite parts. We'll design signature drinks around your theme, colors, and tastes, and print a custom menu for the bar.
We offer custom signage and décor styling to match your event. Ask about branded signage for corporate activations and weddings.
Long-distance travel, rush booking, kids' drinks, self-service water stations, alcohol pick-up, extra bartenders, glassware upgrades and more. See the add-ons list for details.
Absolutely. Our no-proof menu of craft mocktails, smoked sodas, and infused water stations means a dry event still feels special. Check out the full menu.
Yes — from garnish colors to signage to the drink names themselves, we'll tailor the look and feel to your vision. Send us your inspiration and we'll run with it.

Day Of The Event

We typically roll in about an hour before service to set up and style the bar, and we handle full teardown afterward — both included in your package.
Just a flat, accessible spot to park the trailer and the alcohol you've purchased. We bring everything else — bar tools, ice, mixers, garnishes, and the team.
Yes — cups, napkins, straws, ice, mixers, juices, and garnishes are all included. You provide only the alcohol.
Our certified bartenders are trained in responsible service and will discreetly slow or stop service when needed. Guest safety always comes first.
Because the host provides the alcohol, our events run as open (hosted) bars — no money changes hands at the trailer. We're happy to talk through tip-jar options.

Weather & Backup

The bar serves from a covered window, so light weather is no issue. For extreme heat or storms we'll plan placement (shade, cover) with you ahead of time.
We carry backups for our core equipment and stay in close contact leading up to your date. If something ever came up on our end, we'd communicate immediately and make it right.
